Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old
- You have long-term chest pain (angina) that is not controlled with usual heart medicines
- Your tests show “reversible” reduced blood flow to the heart (not fixed, one-time damage)
- Your heart’s tiny-vessel problem is confirmed by an invasive test (either IMR >25 and/or CFR <2.0 with FFR >0.8)
- You can understand the study and sign informed consent
- You can safely take required clot-preventing medicines (dual antiplatelet therapy)
