Who can take part

  • You have advanced colon or rectal cancer that has spread and hasn't responded to earlier treatments.
  • You have already tried at least a fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin, plus a drug that targets blood vessels (anti-VEGF).
  • You can swallow tablets and are in good enough health to be active (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain limits.
  • You have not taken trifluridine/tipiracil or a TKI before.
