Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stage IV colorectal cancer that has spread.
- You have already received certain standard chemotherapies (fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, irinotecan) and anti-VEGF and anti-EGFR drugs.
- Your overall health must be good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin) and kidney/liver function must be adequate.
- You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you must use effective birth control.
