Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You had your first stroke (either caused by a clot or bleeding) at least 6 months ago, confirmed by a brain scan.
  • Your arm or hand weakness is due to the stroke, and you can still move your fingers and grasp objects.
  • You can give informed consent and understand the study.
  • You have a webcam and internet at home for remote supervision.
