Who can take part

  • You are a Veteran.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an iPhone with iOS 13 or a newer version.
  • You have reliable internet on your phone (either WiFi or mobile data).
  • Your PTSD symptoms score on a test called PCL-5 is higher than 10 (if you haven't taken it, the study may screen you).
  • For the extra support group: you have already signed up for a Project Hero Ride 2 Recovery event.
