Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have advanced liver cancer (that cannot be removed with surgery or has spread) or another type of solid tumor with a specific genetic change (FGF/FGFR) that is no longer responding to standard treatments.
- If you have liver cancer, your liver function must be well enough (Child-Pugh class A) and you cannot be eligible for local treatments.
- You must be able to swallow pills and be willing to follow the study plan.
- You must have recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments, and not have serious heart problems, untreated brain metastases, or conditions that affect absorbing oral drugs.
