Who can take part
- You must be in 2nd or 3rd year of secondary school (ESO) in the Balearic Islands, Spain, during the 2026-2027 school year.
- You must be between 12 and 16 years old when you join the study.
- Both you and a parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form to participate.
- Your school must have no more than 75% of students of one gender, and you must be in a randomly selected classroom.
- You should not have any learning or language problems that make it hard to understand the program or fill out surveys.
- You should not currently be in intensive treatment for severe mental health issues or suicidal thoughts that need one-on-one care.
