Who can take part

  • Be a woman between 18 and 35 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with primary infertility (never been pregnant before)
  • Not have a diagnosed psychiatric illness
  • Be able to speak and understand Turkish
  • Have at least a primary school education
  • Not have had an egg retrieval, intrauterine insemination, or embryo transfer in the past month
  • Not be using any other stress-reducing treatments or medications
