Who can take part

  • You must have stage III non-small cell lung cancer that is borderline resectable (your doctor thinks it might be removable after shrinking it first).
  • You cannot have had any prior treatment for your lung cancer, like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
  • Your cancer must not have certain gene changes (EGFR or ALK mutations).
  • You must be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your organs (like kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) must be working well.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant during and for a few months after treatment.
