- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You are scheduled for elective arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creation surgery under local anesthesia.
- You are willing to participate and sign a consent form.
- Your health status is classified as ASA I, II, or III (not higher).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 28 kg/m².
- You do not have allergies to remimazolam or similar sedatives (benzodiazepines), and you do not have severe heart, lung, brain, or liver disease.
