  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with lupus for at least 12 weeks.
  • Your lupus is currently active (based on a standard score).
  • You are on a stable dose of one or more standard lupus treatments (like steroids, antimalarials, or immunosuppressants).
  • You do not have severe lupus kidney disease or other serious health problems listed in the exclusion criteria.
