Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old (some groups have a narrower age range).
  • For healthy volunteers, you must be in generally good health and have a BMI between 19 and 26.
  • For people with lupus or Sjogren's, you must have been diagnosed for at least 6 months.
  • You cannot have received certain vaccines (like BCG or live vaccines) recently.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
