Who can take part
- For the healthy volunteer part: age 18 to 45, body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 26, and in good health.
- For the autoimmune disease part: age 18 to 65, BMI between 18 and 35, and a diagnosis of lupus or Sjögren's syndrome for at least 6 months.
- Must be willing to follow the study procedures and sign a consent form.
