Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have stage 3 or 4 melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your melanoma got worse within 12 weeks after at least two doses of an immunotherapy drug (like a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor).
  • If you have a BRAF, CKIT, or NRAS gene mutation, you must have already tried targeted therapy.
  • You are in generally good health with a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
