  • You have or are scheduled to get an OmniaSecure defibrillation lead
  • You (or your legal representative) must sign a consent form before or within 30 days of getting the lead
  • You may have already been enrolled in the LEADR Pivotal study and are continuing here
  • You must be able to attend follow-up visits and not be enrolled in other studies that could affect these results
