Preventing bleeding after polyp removal with clips

This trial is testing a standard way to remove large polyps from the colon and checking if it helps prevent them from coming back. It's for people who have a large non-cancerous polyp that needs to be taken out during a colonoscopy.

This study compares closing the wound after removing a large colon polyp to leaving it open. The goal is to see if closing the area reduces bleeding or other problems.
