Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver but not to other major organs, or if it has, those spots can be treated locally.
- You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for the liver metastases before.
- Your tumor has either a RAS mutation OR is right-sided with a normal RAS gene, and does NOT have a BRAF V600E mutation. It must also be MSS/pMMR (stable mismatch repair).
- You are between 18 and 79 years old, and your liver metastases are considered not removable by surgery right now — but the goal is to shrink them enough for surgery later.
- You have not had immunotherapy before, you are in good general health, and you don't have major bleeding problems or other serious medical conditions.
