Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver (stage M1).
  • You can still perform daily activities without much help (Karnofsky score 70 or higher).
  • You have not received any chemotherapy or other cancer treatment before joining this trial.
  • Your tumor type is MSS or pMMR (two common types that don't respond to immunotherapy alone).
  • You do not have other serious health conditions like heart disease or autoimmune disorders.
