Who can take part
- Age 18–70 and in good overall health (able to do light activities)
- Colon cancer confirmed by biopsy with cancer spread only to the liver (5+ tumors)
- Cancer cells are microsatellite stable (a specific genetic marker checked via lab test)
- No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, or surgery for your liver tumors
- Healthy enough liver function and blood counts; kidney function acceptable
- No active bleeding, infections, or serious heart/lung/autoimmune conditions
