Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (stage T1c N1-2 or T2-4 N0-2).
- You have not received any chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or radiation for this cancer yet.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan and tissue samples are available for testing.
- Your overall health is good, with normal blood cell counts, liver, kidney, and heart function.
- You agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after the study.
