Who can take part
- Diagnosed with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (stage IA to IIIC) that hasn't spread within the lung
- Aged 18-75 and in good physical shape (KPS score 80+ and weight loss under 10% in last 6 months)
- Completed 2-4 cycles of etoposide with either carboplatin or cisplatin without the cancer getting worse
- Adequate blood counts, kidney function, and liver function as judged by standard tests
- No other recent cancer or serious heart, lung, or mental health conditions
