Who can take part
- You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung) and have not had any prior treatment for it.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You have a limited number of tumors (3 or fewer), and any brain metastases are stable and not causing symptoms.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function must be within certain limits, and you must be able to swallow oral medicines.
- You have not had certain prior treatments (like immune checkpoint inhibitors or anti-angiogenic drugs) and do not have major bleeding or clotting issues.
