  • You are between 50 and 80 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor
  • You have a normal or near-normal mental state (MMSE score 24-30)
  • You can walk without a walking aid
  • You do not have serious vision problems, other neurological conditions, or heart failure
