  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, OR you are a healthy person without MS.
  • You do not have heart, lung, nerve, or blood sugar conditions (like high blood pressure, diabetes, or stroke).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 35.
  • You are not taking medications that could interact with phenylephrine (a medicine used in the study).
