Who can take part

  • You have had low back pain for at least 3 months without a specific cause (like a herniated disc or fracture).
  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You have not had physical therapy or medical treatment for your back pain in the last 3 months.
  • You have no history of back or leg surgery, spinal deformity, or nerve problems affecting movement.
