This trial is testing whether giving radiation to all spots of cancer that show up on a PSMA PET scan works better than giving radiation only to the main tumor in the prostate. It is for men whose prostate cancer has spread to a few other places (up to 10 spots).

Who can take part
- You must be a man between 18 and 85 years old.
- You must have a certain type of prostate cancer called acinar adenocarcinoma.
- Your cancer must have spread to between 1 and 10 spots, as seen on a special scan called PSMA PET.
- You may have had hormone therapy, but not for more than 12 months total.
- You cannot have had your prostate removed, or had radiation to the main tumor, or had chemotherapy or other cancer drugs.
- Your cancer cannot have become resistant to hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
