This trial uses a special PET scan (POSLUMA) before and after radiation to see if it helps treat prostate cancer that has spread to a few spots outside the pelvis. It's for men whose cancer still responds to hormone therapy and who have not had widespread spread.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have prostate cancer that has not become resistant to hormone therapy (your testosterone is above 100).
  • Your cancer has spread to 5 or fewer spots outside the pelvis (and not in the brain or liver).
  • You are able to receive high-dose radiation to all those spots.
  • You have not been on continuous hormone therapy for more than 3 months before starting the study.
