Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with complex PTSD by a mental health professional.
  • You are the parent or main caregiver of at least one child under 18 years old.
  • You are currently in individual therapy (talk therapy) for your mental health.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can speak and read German well enough to join group talks and fill out forms.
  • You are able to give your permission to take part in the study.
