  • You need a single dental crown on one tooth.
  • The tooth getting the crown must have a tooth directly opposite it (so your bite can be tested).
  • You must be able to understand and agree to participate.
  • You cannot be missing all of your teeth (edentulous).
  • You cannot have a tooth that needs a crown without an opposing tooth.
