Who can take part

  • You must have a type of cancer called small cell lung cancer that has spread, or another poorly differentiated neuroendocrine cancer.
  • You need to have received at least one previous treatment, including chemotherapy with a platinum drug (like carboplatin or cisplatin).
  • Your tumor must have a specific protein called DLL3 (this will be checked with a biopsy).
  • You must be willing to have several biopsies (tumor samples) and blood tests during the study.
  • You need to be at least 18 years old and in generally stable health.
  • You cannot have active brain metastases, certain lung conditions, or severe heart disease.
