You may qualify if your NEC has gotten worse after just one prior platinum chemotherapy and your tumor has DLL3.

Who can take part

  • Your cancer is a poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) that has progressed after one course of platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • At least 1% of your tumor cells must express the protein DLL3 (this is checked on a tissue sample).
  • You must have advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and at least one measurable tumor spot per standard scans (CT/MRI).
  • You are age 18 or older, have a life expectancy over 12 weeks, and are healthy enough to perform your daily activities (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have adequate kidney (creatinine clearance >50 mL/min), liver, and blood counts, and have recovered from side effects of prior therapies.
