Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments no longer work or are not an option for you.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • You must not have had other experimental drugs or antibody treatments (including immunotherapy) in the past 28 days, or regular cancer drugs in the past 14 days.
  • You should not have had a severe allergic reaction to protein-based drugs (like therapeutic antibodies) in the past.
