  • Be at least 65 years old (geriatric patient)
  • Have two or more signs of sarcopenia: weak grip strength, slow physical performance, or low muscle mass
  • Can walk without a cane or walker
  • No serious conditions like stroke, Parkinson's, recent cancer treatment, or heart failure
  • No severe vision or dizziness problems that make falls likely
