This study tests a new external device designed to help manage constant tinnitus. It is for adults aged 18–55 who have had bothersome ringing in their ears for at least a month and are not currently receiving other tinnitus treatments.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You have had constant ringing or buzzing in your ears for at least 30 days.
- Your tinnitus bothers you enough to score at least 12 on a hearing-related questionnaire (the THI).
- Your tinnitus is present most of the time (at least 75% of the day).
- You are not currently receiving any other treatment for your tinnitus or ear problems.
- You do not have a history of severe dizziness, changes in hearing, or conditions like Meniere's disease.
