Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that has not responded to or is no longer controllable with standard treatments like targeted therapy or immunotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured and at least one tumor that can be injected (for example, in the skin, lymph node, or an organ) that is at least 10 mm wide.
- You are willing to have a new biopsy of your tumor during the study.
- Your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh class A or early B, and no major liver failure).
- You have not had major treatment (like chemotherapy, radiation, or major surgery) in the last 4 weeks, and you have recovered from any side effects.
