Comparing two treatments for chronic tailbone pain

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had tailbone pain for at least 3 months.
  • Your pain level is moderate to severe (4 or higher on a 0-10 scale).
  • You have tried a ganglion impar block in the last 3 months, but it didn't help much or only gave short-term relief.
  • You have not had surgery on your tailbone area before.
  • You do not have any bleeding disorder, infection, certain spine conditions, cancer, or are pregnant.
