Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You had a positive COVID test (PCR or antigen) that started your illness.
- Your COVID symptoms began on or before August 31, 2023, and you have had Long COVID symptoms for more than 3 months after that infection.
- Your current symptoms match the case definition for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS).
- You have a PROMIS-29 score of 60 or more (meaning moderate to severe symptom burden).
- You do not have any of the listed medical conditions or recent treatments that would exclude you from the study.
