Virtual exercise for bone health in childhood cancer survivors

This study tests whether a virtual exercise program can improve bone strength in adults who had childhood cancer. If you are between 18 and 55 and had chemotherapy or radiation as a child, this may help you rebuild bone density safely from home.

Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with cancer as a child and treated with chemotherapy or radiation.
  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You are not currently receiving cancer treatment.
  • You do not have a history of anorexia, bulimia, pregnancy, alcohol or drug abuse.
  • You do not need daily steroid medication for another condition.
  • You have no injury that makes exercise painful or risky.
