Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your breast cancer has spread or is locally advanced, and you have had 1 to 2 lines of hormone therapy.
- You have had no more than one line of chemotherapy since your cancer spread or came back.
- You are generally healthy and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must meet certain menopause-related conditions or agree to take a medication to suppress ovarian function during the trial.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, or if not, you have bone lesions that can be seen on CT or MRI.
