Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is not removable by surgery
  • You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-1)
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain or spinal cord, and you do not have a history of brain tumors
  • You have not had other cancers in the last 5 years (except some skin cancers or fully treated cervical or thyroid cancer)
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 2 years after treatment
