Who can take part

  • You are either a regular exerciser (at least 3 days a week of moderate-to-vigorous activity) or a sedentary person (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week)
  • Your current exercise or inactivity level has been stable for at least 6 months
  • You have no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders (like stroke, epilepsy, or depression)
  • You are not currently being treated for a serious medical condition (like cancer)
  • You do not have a pacemaker or metal implants that could interfere with an MRI scan
