Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older
  • You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) on your own without severe pain
  • You do not have major foot problems or open sores, and can wear flexible devices
  • Your balance and fall risk are at a low or moderate level (scores from a brief assessment)
  • Your memory and thinking are generally good (scores from a short test), and you are able to follow instructions
