Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been prescribed a GLP-1 medication by your doctor.
  • You have at least one of these conditions: high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease, or metabolic syndrome.
  • You have reliable transportation to attend exercise sessions.
  • You have access to a device with internet (like a smartphone or computer).
  • You are okay with online grocery shopping, home food deliveries, and nutrition counseling.
  • You live at a place that qualifies for Instacart deliveries (not in a hospital or nursing home).
  • You are willing to use a personal credit card as backup payment for Instacart.
  • You speak English.
  • You do not have a condition that affects digestion or food intake (like past surgery on your stomach or colon, or pancreatic issues).
  • You do not have uncontrolled mental illness (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder that is not managed).
  • You do not have a family history of certain rare cancers (like multiple endocrine neoplasia or medullary thyroid cancer).
  • You do not have active digestive illnesses like celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome.
  • You do not have kidney disease with a kidney filtering ability below 60.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You are willing to provide urine, blood, or stool samples.
  • You have not taken part in another nutrition or weight loss program in the last 3 months.
