  • Started a GLP-1 medication in the last 6 months
  • Currently taking a GLP-1 and plan to keep taking it
  • Body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher
  • Able to speak and read English or Spanish
  • Willing to join a 4-month online lifestyle program and wear a Fitbit for 8 months
  • Not already in a structured weight loss or exercise program, and not pregnant or planning pregnancy in the next year
