Who can take part
- You are between 19 and 80 years old.
- You have stage IIIc or IV melanoma that did not respond to previous immunotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and is large enough for a biopsy (at least 1 cm if surgical, or 20-25 needle samples).
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, life expectancy over 12 weeks).
- You have adequate blood counts and kidney/liver function as verified by lab tests.
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
