Who can take part
- You must have at least one follicle (egg sac) that is 14 mm or larger.
- Your uterine lining must be at least 6 mm thick.
- At the start of your cycle (day 1–4), your LH level was less than double the normal and your progesterone level was below 1.5 ng/mL.
- You are scheduled to receive an hCG shot (like Ovitrelle) to trigger ovulation as part of your regular treatment.
- You cannot be using any progesterone medication (vaginal, injectable, or synthetic) that might interfere with the study.
