Who can take part

  • You have an advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread to other parts of your body.
  • You have tried at least one standard treatment and it no longer works or you couldn't tolerate it.
  • You are age 18 or older and your daily activity level is fairly good (able to do light work or fully active).
  • You do not have active brain metastases, serious heart or lung problems, or another active cancer that needs treatment.
  • Willing to provide a tumor tissue sample and take oral medication.
