Who can take part

  • You have one of the listed tumor types that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and it has gotten worse after your last treatment.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, etc.).
  • If you are able to become pregnant, you must agree to use highly effective birth control or be surgically sterile or postmenopausal.
  • You need to provide a sample of your tumor tissue (from a previous biopsy or a new one) for testing.
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases, certain eye or lung conditions, or a history of a different cancer that is active.
