Who can take part
- You must have one of the listed cancer types, such as ovarian, endometrial, stomach, lung, or breast cancer, that has spread and is not curable with surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer must have progressed after at least one standard treatment, and for some cancer types, a specific genetic change called CCNE1 amplification is required.
- You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function.
- You must agree to provide archived tumor tissue and undergo a fresh tumor biopsy before starting treatment.
- You must not have certain heart, eye, or lung conditions, or active infections like HIV or hepatitis B or C.
- If you are of childbearing potential, you must use highly effective contraception or be surgically sterile or post-menopausal.
