Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your blood test shows low vitamin B12 (under 350 pmol/L).
  • You have not taken B12, folic acid, or B6 supplements in the last 6 months.
  • You are generally healthy and can attend study visits.
  • If you are a woman able to have children, you must agree to use two forms of birth control (like an IUD plus condom) during the study.
