Who can take part
- You are 18 or older (or 19 in South Korea) and have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments either don't exist or have stopped working.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans or exam.
- You must not have active cancer that has spread to the brain (unless treated and stable), or certain neurological or autoimmune conditions.
- You cannot be taking high-dose steroids (more than 10 mg of prednisone daily) or have had a severe allergic reaction to similar antibodies in the past.
