Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older (19 in South Korea) and have a solid tumor cancer that has spread, come back, or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working or aren't available.
- You should be generally active and able to take care of yourself (doctors use a scale called ECOG 0-1) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts need to be within acceptable ranges, and you need to have tumors that can be measured on scans.
- You cannot have active cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord lining.
- You cannot have had a major surgery recently, a live vaccine in the last month, or certain autoimmune conditions that needed treatment in the last 2 years.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study if applicable.
