Who can take part

  • You must have diabetes or prediabetes (A1C between 5.8 and 6.5 two times in a row if prediabetes)
  • You must own a smartphone or be able to borrow one
  • You must be willing to change your diet and exercise habits
  • You must be between 22 and 65 years old
  • You must not have serious liver damage, kidney failure, or a recent heart attack
